Nasratmo Jahonova’s dairy farm is located near the roadway, making it easy to sell the products in nearby villages. The farm produces about 12 kinds of dairy products.
The video demonstrates the technique of preparing a milk product called “duhg”.
The liquid remaining after the separation of duhg is used for cosmetic purposes.
Dairy products are gladly bought from Nasratmo by locals and tourists who often visit these parts.
