Heating the cream for baat

When the cream is well heated, add 100 grams of flour and mix thoroughly.

Once the cream and flour form a smooth mixture, add 200 millilitres of hot milk.

Continue stirring for about 10 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and smooth.

Then add salt and sugar to taste.

Keep stirring until the fat begins to separate from the mixture and appears on the surface. This is a sign that the baat is ready.
