Sedative tea is described as having a calming effect and as supporting the body’s self-healing properties.
It is also described as having the following effects:
- antispasmodic;
- anti-inflammatory;
- antiseptic;
- analgesic;
- haemostatic;
- choleretic;
- diuretic;
- diaphoretic;
- aphrodisiac;
- expectorant;
- bactericidal;
- anti-sclerotic.
Preparation and application
Use 1 tablespoon of the herbal mixture for 0.5 litres of water.
Boil the tea for 10 minutes.
Let it stand for at least 45 minutes before filtering.
Drink it 4 times a day:
- once before each meal;
- the fourth time before going to sleep.
The amount per intake should be approximately 50 ml.
Repeat the preparation process as often as needed during the treatment period.
Treatment course: 3 weeks.
