Pulmonary tea

A herbal tea blend for the respiratory tract, containing coltsfoot, birch, chamomile, clover, yellow sweet clover, and licorice.

  1. Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara)
  2. Birch (Betula pamirica)

  1. Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
  2. Clover (Trifolium pratense)
  3. Yellow sweet clover (Melilotus officinalis)

Roots

  1. Licorice (Glycirrhiza glabra)

Medicinal properties

Pulmonary tea is described as acting against inflammatory processes of the respiratory tract.

It helps to thin sputum and has an expectorant effect.

Application

Use 1 tablespoon of the herbal mixture for 0.5 litres of water.

Pour hot water over the tea and let it stand for 45 minutes.

After steeping, filter it.

Drink it warm every 4 hours.

The amount per intake should be approximately 50 ml.

Repeat the preparation process as often as needed during the treatment period.

Treatment course: 15 days.
