Choleretic tea

  2. Asian mint (Mentha longifolia var. asiatica)
  3. Bog rose (Andromeda polifolia)
  4. Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
  5. Barberry (Berberis vulgaris)

Flowers

  1. Milfoil (Achillea millefolium)
  2. Rosehip (Rosa huntica)

Fruit

  1. Caraway (Carum carvi)

Medicinal properties

Choleretic tea is described as having the following effects:

  • choleretic;
  • diuretic;
  • sudatory;
  • vermifugal;
  • antispasmodic;
  • antiputrefactive;
  • antimycotic;
  • anti-inflammatory;
  • wound-healing.

Application

Use 1 tablespoon of the herbal mixture for 0.5 litres of water.

Boil the tea for 10 minutes.

Let it stand for at least 45 minutes before filtering.

Drink it 4 times a day:

  • once before each meal;
  • the fourth time before going to sleep.

The amount per intake should be approximately 50 ml.

Repeat the preparation process as often as needed during the treatment period.

Treatment course: 3 weeks.
